High Hopes. Lauren expected to get beaten up with her involvement in MLP and when she finally got the recognition she deserved, her favorite toy slipped from her hands. I can feel she built up a whole mythology around those damned plastic ponies, a consistence no one could breathe life into better than her. That was a amazing feat that will be remembered in the history of animation. Too bad this feat didn't come to completion. I really really hope Lauren succeeds in her next projects. --- >Celestia's successor Look, the choice of words is VERY important. She didn't say "princess", she didn't say "alicorn", she said "successor". You can succeed to your mentor - could it be a scholar, a king or a father figure - without getting the same title, the same status and knowing Lauren's sympathy for feminism, I wouldn't be surprised Twilight would specifically not become a "princess", because there are many other ways she could succeed to Celestia. It could even imply that she wouldn't rule the land as Celestia did. >inb4 democracy or midnight in a perfect world --- Achèvement.
